1. By registering on the HighStone website, the user agrees to the terms of this Agreement and agrees to comply with them.
2. HighStone is an online platform that provides users with access to various financial services, including investment and trading services.
3. The user confirms that he/she has reached the age of majority and has full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and use the Service.
4. The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including personal data and contact details.
5. The user agrees not to use the HighStone Service to violate any norms of current Russian and/or international legislation.

7. During the registration process, the user independently chooses a Login and Password, necessary for subsequent access to the user's personal account on the HighStone Service. The user is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her password and information.
8. HighStone reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access to the Service if the user violates any provisions of this Agreement.
9. By placing accounting and other data and information and joining the User Agreement, the user expresses his/her consent to the processing of HighStone accounting and other data. The purpose of processing user data is to provide users with services and the opportunity to use the HighStone Service, as well as to perform other actions described in the User Agreement. The processing of user data is carried out from the moment of the user's registration and until the deletion of his/her account. The user agrees that HighStone, in the process of processing accounting data, has the right to perform the following actions with accounting data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, use, destruction, and other actions necessary for the execution of the User Agreement.
10. HighStone has the right to carry out preventive work in the HighStone Service with temporary suspension of the HighStone Service. If the intervention is not urgent, the time and date of such suspension will be announced in advance (as far as possible) on the HighStone Service website. The user has no right to demand compensation for losses for such temporary suspension of the HighStone Service. HighStone has the right to terminate the provision of the HighStone Service to the user at any time at its discretion. In this case, HighStone is not responsible for the preservation of user information after the termination of the provision of the HighStone Service.
